2010
The firm was formed by Mr. Lu Lih Youn as a sole proprietor practice. In the same year, the firm converted into partnership with the joining of Mr. Ong Mun Siong. The firm positioned itself as a regional law firm working closely with its affiliates around the South East Asia region. 本所由卢律师作为独资执业成立。同年，随着王律师的加入，事务所转为合伙企业。该公司将自己定位为与其在东南亚地区的分支机构密切合作的区域性律师事务所。
2013
The firm was enlisted in the most prestigious legal firms ranking publisher, Asia Pacific Legal 500. 本所入选最负盛名的律师事务所排名出版商“LEGAL 500”亚太法律500强律所。
2014
The Firm moved to new office located at Kuala Lumpur city centre to strengthen its position as a regional legal service provider. 本所迁至位于吉隆坡市中心双峰塔附近的办公室，以巩固其作为区域法律服务提供商的地位。
2016
The firm was recommended as the Malaysian representative law firm to co- author the UK’s Institute of Export and International Trade for doing business in Malaysia. 该所被英国出口和国际贸易研究所推荐，撰写马来西亚经商指南，为英国商家引路。
2019
The firm developed into all- service law firm with 8 legal associates and opened its branch at Johore Bahru to expand the southern region of the country. 本公司发展成为拥有 8 名法律助理的全方位服务律师事务所，并在柔佛州新山开设了分行，以扩展该国南部地区。
